Kids for ShelterWe are a charity lead by kids to help animals and people
2015 Recap
Here we are purchasing supplies at PetCo (thanks for the discount!) from the money we raised from the Crafts Fair and Christmas caroling!
Here we are visiting with the Fredericksburg Regional SPCA where we dropped off our supplies! They posted us in Facebook.
Here we are preparing for our local Crafts Fair! Anna and Chris and Mom are making our famous “Dog Gone Good” dog biscuits. We also sold hand crocheted hair ties which were a big success, along with the Pup Cakes and baked breads!
Here we are at our local Crafts Fair where we raised $520 – our best year ever!
We Christmas Caroled in our neighborhood and raised more money for our local animal shelter. We also collected paper towels and dog food! Our friend, Kasiana, also joined. She has a fabulous voice! Mike also joined on trumpet again!
Finally, 2015 was the 4th annual Read-For-Shelter read-a-thon that Anna, Jack and Chris organized and lead. We raised more than $2,400 for ShelterBox! Xander, Willow and Michael also participated this year.
